After arguing for some time, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application of applicant No.3 - Pintu @ Piraji Haran. The application of applicant No.3 - Pintu @ Piraji Haran is dismissed as withdrawn.

As far as the applicant Nos.1 and 2 are concerned, the accusations against them are that they assaulted the victim by fists and blows when the complainant opposed them to go through the filed of the complainant. The applicant No.1 - Hanvata, aged about 70 years, claims to be an Agriculturist and applicant No.2 - Prabhakar also claims to be an Agriculturist and they have stated that they are not involved in any other crime / offence earlier.

Considering the facts of the case and the nature of accusations against the applicant Nos.1 and 2,

In the event of arrest in Crime No.188/2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant No.1 - Hanvata Piraji Haran and applicant No.2 - Prabhakar Hanvata Haran be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) each. The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
