The present application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.47/2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing the learned Counsel Mr. Navlani for the applicant, to some extent, the Court has shown disinclination to grant bail. Considering that the investigation is completed and the trial can be commenced at any time. If the trial is not commenced within six months, the applicant is at liberty to file an application for seeking bail.

With this, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
