Parties have tendered a compromise amicably reached between them out of court. The same is taken on record and marked as "Exh.X" for identification.

Parties state that accordingly an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs deposited with the Registry of this Court should be allowed to be withdrawn by respondent Bank.

The said amount of Rs. 3 lakhs with interest accrued upon it is thus allowed to be withdrawn by respondent Bank.

In view of these developments, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
