The petitioners have filed this petition to challenge the order passed by the learned Additional Commissioner by which the interim relief sought by the petitioners is refused.

Shri V.G. Dhage, advocate appearing for the respondent No.6 has stated that the appeal is heard by the Additional Commissioner and the matter is closed for orders. In the above facts, I am not inclined to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction. The petition is disposed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. The learned Additional Commissioner is expected to pass an order disposing the appeal at the earliest possible.
