The applicants/respondent Nos. (1-i) to (1-iii) have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the balance 50% amount deposited by the appellant, along with interest thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has strongly objected. 3.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and having gone through the judgment and order, I am of the opinion that it would be appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw the remaining 50% amount along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar. 4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% balance amount along with interest on their furnishing of solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar.

Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the balance amount of compensation to the bank account of the applicants as per the Award on their furnishing solvent security/surety and their bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of.
