Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. We do not see any cause of action has arisen for the petitioner Society to come before this Court. Shri Mirza, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who is unable to point out to us any positive action taken either against the petitioner Society as an institution or against any of the members. Our attention is invited to the order dated 30/07/2020 said to have been passed by the Disciplinary Authority & Regional Manager. The order is against an individual, who has already retired from service. The person against whom the order is passed, is not before us.

The petition is dismissed.
