This is an application for early hearing filed by the petitioner. It is submitted that there is urgency in the matter because the question of absorption of the petitioner in regular post is involved. It is brought to the notice of this Court that an earlier application for early hearing moved on behalf of the petitioner was disposed on 11.11.2019 granting liberty to the petitioner to apply after six months. It is submitted that the applicant is now about 57 years of old and it would be in the interest of justice that the petition is heard at the earliest. Prity
