The matter is adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner from time to time. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner today, that it is most likely that the parties have settled the matter in view of a scheme. It is, however, stated that though some of the papers are available with the counsel, some are not. In view of the aforesaid statement, it appears that the dispute between the parties is settled and, hence, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
