Hedaoo, Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Y.S. Khobragade, Counsel for the respondent. CORAM : ROHIT B. DEO , J .
DATED : 16-03-2022 It is common ground that the direction to pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) per month to the wife for the period March 2020 is complied with, albeit with certain delay.
2.
I am satisfied that there is no reason to initiate contempt action.
3.
However, the husband is put on notice that if there is any irregular payment in future, there could be a reasonable inference that the conduct and delay is not innocuous.
4.
Subject to what is observed, the petition is disposed of.
