This is an appeal challenging order of rejection of pre-arrest bail relating to Crime No.520/2019 registered at Ramnagar Police Station, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Section 3[1][r] of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

This Court has granted interim

Order 0912apeal361.19 protection to the appellant. The learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that during the pendency of this Appeal, the matter is amicably settled between the parties and accordingly this Court has allowed Criminal Application No.328/2020 vide order dated 12.06.2020, in terms of its prayer clause (1). According to the learned counsel for the appellant, prayer clause [1] deals with quashing of the concerned FIR.

In said background, as the FIR has been quashed, nothing survives. Hence, the learned Counsel for the appellant prayed for disposal of the appeal as it has become infructuous.

In view of above, Criminal Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
