The petitioner in-person is absent. He moved this Writ Petition on 18.5.2017 in-person, seeking custody of his daughter for attending the marriage ceremony between 19.5.2017 and 25.5.2017. Those dates and event is already over. 2.

It appears that on 18th May 2017, learned Vacation Judge issued notice and made it returnable on 22nd May 2017. On 23 May 2017 learned Vacation Judge took note of the fact that the Family Court was considering application for grant of custody, on 23rd May 2017 itself. Hence the matter was adjourned to next day i.e. 24th May 2017.

It appears that Vacation Judge hearing the matter on 25th May 2017, took note of the fact that on 23rd May 2017 the Family Court rejected the application for custody moved before it. 4.

In view of these developments, it is apparent that petition

28.11.wp.2984.17 itself is rendered infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
