By way of this application, the claimant/respondent No.1 in First Appeal No.1685/2019 seeks permission to withdraw the amount of interest on the compensation amount of Rs.35,31,934/- which was already withdrawn by the claimant/respondent No.1. The office record shows that the proportionate interest on Rs.35,31,934/- was not withdrawn by the applicant.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. The claimant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the proportionate interest on Rs.35,31,934/-. The application stands disposed of.
