Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that jail sentence was for two years by an order dated 16/9/2009 and the applicant is in jail since 16/9/2009. In that view of the matter, the present application for suspension of substantive jail sentence become infructuous.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
