Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under section 65(e) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, has sought pre-arrest bail. According to the Investigating Agency, 8 bottles of whiskey were seized from a motorcycle which is owned by the applicant. According to the Investigating Agency, the liquor was banned for sale in Chandrapur District and sale of liquor is prohibited. Pointing out the reply filed before this Court, the non-applicant has pointed out that four other crimes are registered against the applicant. Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application. The application is dismissed.
