The applicant is already released on ad-interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 16/10/2020.

I have perused the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the State and the case diary.

Apart from the allegation that the applicant who had borrowed Rs. 5,00,000/- from the deceased, failed to pay the same to the deceased in spite of several promises made by the applicant, the deceased committed suicide.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the applicant is not co-operating with

908ABA604.2020 the Investigating officer for investigation. The same can be sorted out by imposing suitable conditions. 6.

Considering the nature of the allegation, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the applicant by this Court, on the same conditions with added condition that the applicant shall co-operate during investigation and make available himself as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

The application stands disposed of.
