DATE : AUGUST 19, 2015 This application has been moved by the appellant seeking clarification of the order dated 19/11/2014 in C.A.No.1089/2014. It is prayed that it be clarified that this Court has not given any finding as regards possession of the parties over the suit property.

The order dated 19/11/2014 was passed after hearing respective counsel and after perusing the orders passed on the application for temporary injunction and in the miscellaneous appeal alongwith orders dated 21/12/2012 passed below Exhibit-5 in R.C.A. No.115 of 2012 and W.P.No.83 of 2013.

Civil Application stands disposed of by making aforesaid observations.
