ORDER

(Passed on 1st December, 2024) 1] The appellant and the respondent Nos.1 to 3 have appeared through Video Conferencing. Both the parties have filed terms of conditions of compromise in form 'H', which is duly signed by both the parties. The terms of compromise is placed on record. 4] Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation and enhanced amount of compensation, along with accrued interest, if any. 5] Court fee, if any, be refunded as per the Rules. 6] There is no reason to refuse this compromise. Hence, the matter stands disposed of in terms of compromise.
