DATED : 27-06-2017 In view of identical orders passed in other matters, and as this Court on 19-05-2017 passed appropriate interim order, education of petitioner has been protected, we dispose of present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to expedite caste claim and to decide it finally within one year. However, till then the education of the petitioner shall not be disturbed.

Needless to mention that respondent No.1 shall continue her admission in B.E. Second Year course. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
