DATE : 02.07.2015 The learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out operative part no.4 of the effective order of the sentence and submitted that the applicant is in jail since 3.1.2012. Obviously, the period is beyond three and half years, which means half of the sentence. That being so, the following order would subserve the ends of justice.

ORDER

(i) The sentence is suspended. The applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall not enter in the village Dawaniwada, Tq. and Distt. Gondia till the appeal is heard, else his bail shall be cancelled.

Criminal Application No.357/2015 stands disposed of.
