MAY 7, 2025 Notice issued to the non-applicant/ respondent has returned back un-served with a remark that the respondent has changed the address.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant/ petitioner submits that the changed address is not informed to the Family Court, Nagpur.

3] Order VI Rule 14A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, provides that a party to the proceedings is duty bound to report change in address. The consequences of not furnishing address have also been mentioned. The petitioner may take recourse to the said provision before the Court below.

4] As far as the present request is concerned, since the respondent is not residing at the given address, the request made by the petitioner to serve the respondent through paper publication is allowed, as prayed for.

5] The application is disposed of.
