Heard Mr. Anjan De, learned Advocate for the Official Liquidator and Mr. K.S. Reddy, the Official Liquidator. 02] The company was already wound up on 29/06/2001. The Official Liquidator has sold the property and as on today, an amount of Rs.16,71,137/- (latest figures) is lying in the account of the Company with the Official Liquidator. The claims were also called from the secured creditors and the workmen. In fact, they have also received the claims and documents, which were given to the Chartered Accountant M/s. S.B. Hazare & Company for scrutiny. In spite of follow up, he has not finished his work and expressed desire to withdraw from the work as per his letter dated 27/11/2020.

03] The Official Liquidator is called for quotation from the panel of the Chartered Accountants. Their rates are mentioned in the table at Page Nos.6 & 7. The rates quoted by M/s. A.G. Pimperkhede & Company are the lowest one.

04] Hence, the prayer is allowed. M/s. A.G. Pimperkhede & Company is appointed to do job of adjudication of debts and claims. The O.L.R. is disposed of.
