As directed by this Court vide order dated 22/09/2021, Ms. Jaipurkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader filed Pursis St. No.09/2021 along with communication of Executive Engineer, Special Project, Public Works Department, Yavatmal stating therein that "Naushad Hasambhai Karani" and "Naushad Hassamali Karani" are one and the same person.

Considering this fact, application to amend the cause title of the contempt petition filed by petitioner No.2 is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

The civil application stands disposed of.
