2] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/ respondent No.1 seeking withdrawal of the decreetal amount deposited by the appellant. 3] It is stated that the appellant has deposited Rs.15,84,718/- with the Registry of this Court vide CCDR No. 4282 dated 07/12/2017.

4] I have perused the impugned judgment and award.

5] On due consideration, the application is allowed. The applicant/ respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the decreetal amount
