Learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that respondent Nos.1 and 3 are present today. Advocate for petitioner is not disputing this fact. It is submitted on behalf of respondents that reply to the contempt petition would be filed within four weeks. It is further submitted that respondents will remain present on the next date and continue to attend the proceedings unless their presence is dispensed with. Accepting the above statement, order passed on 4th May, 2018 directing issuance of non-bailable warrant against respondent Nos.1 and 3 is recalled. Order directing issuance of non-bailable warrant against respondent No.2 is already recalled by

Civil application is disposed of in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
