Mr A.M. Kukday, learned advocate for the appellant submitted that the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest is already deposited.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 have already withdrawn the 50% of the amount of the compensation. In view of the statement made by the learned advocate for the appellant, the effect operation and implementation, and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till disposal of the appeal.
