Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nagpur Improvement Trust submits that Second Appeal filed by the Improvement Trust vide Second Appeal No. 115/2016, is admitted by this Court and if any action for dispossession becomes necessary, it shall be after adjudication of that appeal.
