Heard Shri Bargat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is a tribal and owner of agricultural land Khasra No.69/1 situated at Mauza Kirmiti, Tah. Hingana, District Nagpur which he is intending to sell to the non-tribal. He has already entered into agreement to that effect on 06/11/2012. 3.

According to him, the proposal of the petitioner was forwarded by the Collector, Nagpur to the Divisional Commissioner for grant of permission and the same appears to be pending with the State Government.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the proposal of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case by 30/04/2025. 5.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
