As directed by this Court vide order dated 06/09/2021, Ms. Jaipurkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader filed Pursis St. No.08/2021 along with communication of Executive Engineer, Special Project, Public Works Department, Yavatmal stating therein that "Surendrakumar Uttamchand Jain" and "Surendra Uttamchand Dugad (Jain)" are one and the same person and "Virendrakumar Uttamchand Jain" and "Virendra Uttamchand Dugad (Jain)" are one and the same person. Considering this fact, application to amend the cause title of the contempt petition filed by the petitioners is allowed.
