VASANTI A. NAIK AND C.V. BHADANG, JJ.

DATE : 08.06.2015 None appears for the appellant. By this appeal the appellant has challenged the judgment and decree directing the appellant to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month to the respondent no.1. The amount payable by the appellant to the respondent no.1 towards maintenance is paltry and it appears that the appellant must not be interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the family court appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
