2] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/ respondent No.1 seeking permission for withdrawal of the entire decreetal amount, i.e., Rs.1,80,801/-, which was deposited by the appellants with the Registry of this Court vide Pursis No. 11589/2018.

3] Considering the amount involved, so also considering the reasons mentioned in para 2 and 3 of the application, the same is allowed. The applicant/ respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount, i.e., Rs.1,80,801/- along with
