Miss Sonali Khobragade- learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had approached this Court seeking challenge to order dated 09/05/2017 thereby rejecting the application seeking Furlough leave during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner had prayed for bail and as per the instructions received by the learned counsel, the petitioner is already released on bail.
