DATED : APRIL 1, 2021 Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
These two applications for regular bail arise since applicants in these two applications are arrested in connection with Crime No. 162/2020 registered with Police Station, Yashodhara Nagar, Nagpur for an offence punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.
Entire charge-sheet is placed on record in both these two applications.
Detailed hearing was given to Mr. Mirza and Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for the applicants. I have also heard Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State in both these two applications.
ba983.20.113.21.odt With able assistance of learned counsel, I have gone through the entire charge-sheet placed on record. After hearing was complete, when this Court expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing both the applications, Mr. Mirza and Mr. Thakur learned counsel for the applicants in both these applications, would submit that they wish to withdraw the present applications.
The applications are, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
Since both the applications are withdrawn, this Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why both the applications deserve dismissal.
