DATED : 8-2 -202 Learned counsel for respondent 3 Mr. Shantanu Ghate states that the school has no difficulty in issuing the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) in favour of petitioner 1 within next 48 Hours. In view of the fair stand, we request the school to do the needful as assured. 2.

Mr. Shantanu Ghate then submits that the tuition fees for the academic session may be directed to be paid. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Shukla and learned counsel for respondent 4, Ms. Agrawal fairly state that the tuition fees shall be shared in equal proportion. The joint statement is accepted as an undertaking to us.
