Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Looking to the first information report, it is clear, that the offence, prima facie, is made out since the definition under Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code as amended constitute the offence of rape. The applicant also filed affidavit of other staff members to show how he is innocent, whereas the Police Officer has said before the trial Court that the applicant is exercising influence and pressure on the investigation so much so that the complainant is hiding, hence, no relief of grant of anticipatory bail can be granted. That being so, I make the following order :-

Order Criminal Application (ABA) No.312 of 2015 is rejected with liberty to apply for regular bail.
