01] By these applications, the Applicant has sought to delete the name of Appellant No.1, who has expired on 15.08.2019 and further to bring on record the legal representative of Appellant No.2, who had expired on 24.07.2021. Death certificates are placed on record. The Application for bringing on record the legal representative of Appellant No.2 is filed within time.

02] Hence, both Applications are allowed. The name of Appellant No.1 be deleted. The legal representative of Appellant No.2, whose name is specified in paragraph 2 of the Application be brought on record as Appellant No.2-A. Cause title be amended within a week. Civil Applications stand disposed of.
