DATE : 1.7.2015 Heard Shri S.K. Tambde, the learned advocate for the petitioner and Ms. M.N. Hiwase, the learned A.G.P. for the respondents 1 and 2.

The petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Minister granting stay to the order passed by the respondent no.2.

The notices of the petition are not issued to the respondents 3 and 4. However, the order which I propose to pass will not adversely affect the respondents 3 and 4 and, therefore, the writ petition is disposed by passing the following order :

(i) The State Government shall dispose the appeal filed by the

2 wp3650.15 respondent no.4 till 30th September, 2015.

(ii) The State Government shall grant hearing to the petitioner and the respondent no.4.

(iii) The State Government is at liberty to grant hearing to any other person or Authority as it deems fit.

(iv) Shri Tambde, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the matter is fixed for 8th July, 2015 and the petitioner undertakes to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on that date. (v) The petition is disposed with above directions. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
