I have heard learned counsel Shri A.J. Pophaly for the applicant. However, learned counsel for nonapplicant No.5 chose to remain absent when the application is taken up for final hearing.

After considering the application as well as reply, I am satisfied that the applicant insurance company has made out a case of condonation of delay.
