By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant has prayed that the First Information Report bearing Crime No.417 of 2020, registered against him with non-applicant No.1 Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 477A, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, be quashed. The Criminal Application is filed on 8th October 2020. The applicant has not taken any steps to circulate the matter. The matter was listed before the Court on 21st December 2020 on which date none appeared for the applicant. Today, none appeared for the applicant in the morning session. The matter was kept back. In the afternoon session, again none for the applicant.

It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the Criminal Application, hence, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
