The learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have filed an application for compromise under Order 23, Rule 5 of Code of Civil Procedure, registered as Civil Application No. 791 of 2020 and it is prayed that in terms of the compromise recorded in Paragraph 7A to 7F, the instant writ petition may be disposed of.

The objection is raised by the respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Buldhana. However, since the Education Officer has not entered into a compromise, the said compromise would not be binding upon the Education Officer and it would be binding upon the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

With this clarification, we dispose of the matter in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties in C.A. No. 791 of 2020. The application shall form part and parcel of this order.

The petition stands disposed of.
