Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 13th April, 2017 in connection with crime registered against him for offence punishable under Sections 376(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the complaint of prosecutrix, aged about 21 years, that on 31st October, 2016, giving assurance of marriage the applicant has sexually exploited her.

The applicant, aged about 28 years, claims to be a Labourer and has stated that he is not involved in any other crime / offence. The applicant is in jail for more than 11 weeks. The non-applicant has not been able to show that further custody of applicant is required for investigation.

2 ba472.17 In the facts of the case, following order is passed:

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.198/2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand).

The application is allowed accordingly.
