As regards the notice in question is concerned, the petitioner has sought quashing of the same as it is claimed that the petitioner has right over the said property. 2.

We deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach the respondent Authority i.e. Municipal Council with representation demonstrating his right over the encroached portion. In case, if such representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the same be decided within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3.

Liberty to approach afresh, in case the order is adverse to him.
