The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed the present civil application for disposal of the writ petition in view of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5648/2005. It is submitted that the subject matter in both the petitions is same.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Writ Petition No.3528/2010 :- The petition is taken up for hearing.

The petition is disposed of in terms of order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5648/2005, dated 28/04/2015. Rule is discharge.
