I have heard both the parties.

When the disinclination to grant the bail was shown, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file temporary bail application on the medical ground before the trial Court. 3.
The criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
