Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

This Court as per the judgment, dated 12/03/2020 has enhanced the compensation thereby dismissing the appeal and the cross-objection came to be partly allowed. The appellants want to deposit the balance amount of compensation.

Learned Advocate Shri Parihar for the appellants submits that even though the amount is not mentioned in the application, he is having a cheque for Rs.6,35,572/-. This Court has already granted permission to respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest, once it is deposited. Hence the order.

fa.320.19 2/2 The appellants are permitted to deposit the cheque of Rs.6,35,572/- within a period of one week. Nazar is directed to pay that amount to respondent No.1 as per the procedure and on giving bank details. If any amount is remaining after depositing of the cheque, respondent No.1 is at liberty to agitate that issue. There is no need for respondent No.1 to file a fresh application.

The application is disposed of.
