Effort is to demonstrate that similarly situated employees like present applicant have been regularized by giving them benefit of continuity. 3.

During hearing, we find pleadings insufficient to sustain the prayer.

In this situation, with liberty to applicant to first move appropriate application to his employer pointing out these facts as also claiming parity and
