DATE : November 17, 2015 The relief sought in the present writ petition pertains to validity of the elections of Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Warud that were held pursuant to the election programme dated 03/06/2009. There was no interim relief granted in the writ petition as a result of which said elections were held and the result was made subject to outcome of the writ petition. Due to passage of time, the term of the elected body has come to an end. Hence due to passage of time, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. However, the points raised in the writ petition are kept open.
