JUNE 21, 2017 This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. This Court had on 23.05.2017, admitted the present appeal and also suspended the jail sentence until further orders. Since, the applicants are already released on bail by this Court on 23.05.2017 and looking to the quantum of punishment, the order passed by this Court on 23.05.2017 granting suspension of substantive jail sentence and granting of bail is hereby confirmed. The applicants shall remain present before the Court at the time of final hearing of the appeal. The application is disposed of.

Criminal Appeal No. 244/2017 The learned counsel for the appellants states that he will remove the office objections within two weeks.
