Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for contesting respondent no.4 record statement on instructions, that by consent of both sides impugned order be set aside and the concerned proceeding relegated back to respondent no.2 i.e. Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Fisheries), Mumbai.

In view of the above, by consent of both sides, impugned orders are set aside. Concerned proceeding is relegated back to respondent no.2 for its decision on merit afresh. Since the proceedings are of year 2020, the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Fisheries), Mumbai is directed to decide the said proceedings within a period of eight weeks.
