ORAL JUDGMENT Rule. Rule is made returnable forth. Heard finally by consent of the parties.
(2) Heard Shri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri S.G. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.2 and 3.
(3) The petitioners' revision i.e. Revision No.06/RTS-64Murtizapur/2017-18 is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati. On 03.05.2017, the Divisional Commissioner has denied the stay or status quo in favour of the petitioners therefore they approached this Court. This Court (Coram:A.S. Chandurkar, J.) on 23.05.2017 issued notice for final disposal of the writ petition and until further
orders the parties were directed to maintain status quo on 23.05.2017. Since the revision filed on behalf of the petitioners is still pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati, the writ petition can be disposed of by following terms.
(4) The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the Revision No.06/RTS-64-Murtizapur/2017-18 on its own merits by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondent no.1, within a period of six months from 15.03.2021.
(5) Till the revision is decided the interim order granted by this Court on 23.05.2017 shall remain in operation. Rule is made absolute in above terms. No order as to costs.
