Perused the order dated 18th October, 2019 pertaining to disbursal of the 50% of the amount. Due to pandemic situation, this order could not be implemented. Respondent No.1 is desirous of getting the amount due to untimely run. Hence, the order:-

a) The Office is directed to do the personal verification of respondent No.1 and to comply with the formalities on 10th November, 2020 and to do the needful.

b) The civil application is disposed of.
